Non-Professionalism, Pay queries and Favoritism
Worst company to ever work for I urge you even in your desperate times. Firstly in May the paid me short escalated it even though they were pushing back, all to find out i'm owed 108 hours. Again in June same thing and I've been chasing til date. Worst part is when you think HR will handle things better they either don't reply or representative sent you automated emails to tell you they're not in office all the time and when they're they'll send you a vague response to respond again next week. I don't even want to start with payroll that's *********** and keeps paying people short and every month you'll be told it's an error from payroll even when they do decided to reimburse you it's still short then you feel like you don't have a choice but to give up. Now i'm fighting to have my provident fund claim paid after all the Hussle I went to to get the forms my self and sent it to them to sign their part still momentum coms back with their wack service as well to say they're still awaiting confirmation from my employer. I regret ever setting my foot and wasting the year of my life in that place.

I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from this place. When they beg you to join these schemes it's all smiles and promises and when it's time to pay up it's the run around. From the late email reply's to the agents who will put you on hold until Jesus comes or put the phone down on you because they do not know what to tell you seeing you've been calling for the same thing for the past two month. I have submitted my claim end of June working for Concentrix another company I urge people to not work for even in their desperate times. Payroll, Hr and everyone including attooh company the assist them in claiming benefits no transparency non whatsoever. Momentum have promised to give me call back since I submitted my claim but no one wants to take any ownership nor accountability instead they'll put you on hold until they're sure your airtime runs out or put you on silent if they see you still on agents will hang up an you have to start the process of waiting in que for thousands of minutes until someone attends to you with little to nothing. I regret the day I joined this scheme, it's playing with our wellbeing's now and I refuse to sit back and do nothing about this.
