Chased out the building
I was terminated due to being AWOL by the company which I accepted, however it has been over 2 months requesting my UI19 and Salary schedule documents but I am being ignored, I called and emailed the Op's Manager,Team leader and Payroll with no luck. Last week I went to the branch which is in Umhlanga Security was called to chase me out the building. The funny part is that no employee has signed a permanent or temp contract, so I believe this Infinity USA campaign is not legit cause they are ducking with my doc's. I got 2 son's who also need a decent christmas as all I want to do is apply for my UIF.

I am a former employee of Rewardsco Umhlanga branch I called HR at the beginning of March for my UI19 form the lady I spoke to said she would email it within 5 working days,even today im still waiting everytime I call the line does not go through. Please email it to hadebemthoko91@gmail.com

I worked for the Umhlanga branch under Joey my contract was terminated on the 27th of March which was unfair dismissal.Upon giving me my termination papers the UI19 form was not given to me and everytime I try to call the they drop it,from March im still waiting for it as they said they would email all my documentation. I need all my documentation NOW as im currently unemployed with no salary as from March.

I was still waiting for feedback from HR concerning my unpaid salary no one ever bothered to get back to me I got surprise salary on my bank account of R1600 which is too less than what I was expecting.My basic salary is R4500 even if you wanted to pay me half my salary as I worked half a month it should be R2250,I wonder when you are going to stop with your unscrupulous way.

Im currently a Mrp Mobile employee at the Durban Liberty Towers Im so annoyed as I did not receive my salary on the 27th of September 2019.I sent my Team leader a SMS on the 23rd of September stating that im not feeling well I wont be coming to work however will bring all documentations on the 30th of September than he decided to call me on the same day to tell me to send all documents or my salary will be put on hold ,Its a pitty as I was not home that day and my salary was not paid to me which was wrong as I worked in September.They are a bunch of crooks first they cheated us of our Commission telling us we didnt meet QA requirements as if the sales are being cancelled when the company is benefiting and now its our basic salary I have got rent to pay , a Son to support.....I want my R4500 ASAP,honestly speaking MrpMobile does not really appreciate all our hard work how can I make 147-150 sales every month and not get paid a cent for all of them than they tell me about QA were the QA agent was marks us based on assumptions and for making examples to customers...........I hope this gets to CEOs,Thuli Mkwenda,Morgan and HR I really got bills to pay atleast pay my basic salary as I was robbed commission months after months.

I worked for Wns Global Services in Durban site 2 till the 14th of december 2018,the company is a good 1 indeed but I doubt the directors(Johann Kunz and Sanjay Puria )know what is happening behind close curtains all I want is my unpaid november and december commission as I was suppose to get paid on the 20th of december 2018 and the 27th of January 2019 as Comm is paid in arrears.I finished off on 158 PIS sales for the month of november and I was expecting more than R20K commission because the person who made 138 PIS sales got paid R19k and for the month of december I made 91 PIS sales which i was suppose to get paid this month.When ever I contact HR(Kuhle Ngcobo) about my commission he says finance deals with it not him and at times he gets shocked I didnt get paid,My manager(Adell Sunker) received a call from CCMA in december 2018 she said I should come on the 24th she will sort it out but when I went there she didnt show up at all.This is not happening to me only alot of ex-employees did not get their salaries when they left the company.Telkom is a good company but alot people at WNS global services Durban Site 2 are resigning and dismissed unfairly because of Adell Sunker and the HR falls for her stupidity.CCMA has been trying to call HR but Kuhle Ngcobo always hungs up.....All I want is my commission which I worked hard for in November and December.I didnt have a good Xmas at all as I was not paid my salary because of Vivek bishon,Kuhle Ngcobo and the mighty Adell sunker who did not want to disclose how much commission I made for december.SMBS Outbound is a JOKE as even team leaders,managers are doing fraud just imagine because Telkom is a Huge company who has Wns as their 3rd party.Please take a closer look at adell sunker and the guys called PAPs who is in charge of the Commission structure ,it does not make sense where our comm is going if im not getting it.......This has nothing to do with Telkom its just that I want my money from WNS Global Services ,the company cannot be this desperate pay back my money thats it and a case is opened at CCMA and Labour.An ex employee Linda Daka had to write on hello Peter in order for WNS to pay her salary what bull**** is that.
