Working for this company was one of the worst experiences I've had,from management to payroll everyone is a ****,if u work for them make sure u get ur money before u leave otherwise u will never get it they will find ways not to pay and tell u stories,even while working for them u still get problems with money and no one in management knows anything or can assist you.

I recently visited WNS (3 bridge way, Bridge-park Century City ,Cape Town) and, unfortunately, had an unpleasant experience with the security personnel at the front desk. The individual was extremely rude and dismissive, which created a very negative first impression. As a job seeker, I found this behavior both unnecessary and disheartening. Searching for employment is already a stressful process, and being treated disrespectfully at the entrance of a company adds to that difficulty. I would like to acknowledge that the recruitment team themselves were professional and welcoming — their kindness helped to ease the tension caused by the front desk encounter. However, I strongly believe that all staff members, including security, should be trained to treat every visitor with courtesy and professionalism, as they represent the company’s image

Super upset with WNS belville one of their employees Bevanay Jacob's has been complaining about not receiving a salary for 2months and therefore she is unable to pay debts and for necessities Mr Devan John claimed to get the issue resolved but failed because Bevanay is still unable to make ends meet but needs to get to work daily bad company imagine no payment for 2 months

I'm still waiting for my Pay Leave and any other monies ok m being owed by the company after being dismissed on 5th June,as I couldn't attend the DE due to be with my mother after being discharged from hospital on tha exact day... And they never postponed it. I need the payout for month May I worked alont with OTs,and I even expressed this to my ex manager,nad was told on 8th June I will receive my money but nothing this this month. I'm hoping this Month I will receive the monies that I'm entitled to. I need my money and my family needs it, as I'm applying again.. I need my money. My Employee ID was :472390. Hopefully tomorrow or next week I'm getting mymoney,this is so unfair and many people WNS never paid them out their monies after being dismissed. That's cruelty. And I will exposed them on other platforms,through media if I have to.
