This is the worst experience I have had from a service provider, their own systems changes the date for December repayments, then I speak with Tendani in December and explain to her I am getting paid month end, she sends a debit check which I approve but she did not cancel the initial one which causes my account to be debited twice. I contacted her on the 6th and she tells me she will fix it, I contact her again on the 7th of Jan she tells me it will take 24 hours for the refund to reflect. Its now the 9th of January and nothing has happened, she ignores my calls and WhatsApp. She eventually tells me she referred the matter for the refund but doesn't want to give me the details of the person to whom she referred this to so I can do a follow up. Use at own risk
