More than a week ago I opted for a fibre to home line. I was told that it will be done within the week, as business was still quiet. Vox took so long to communicate with Octotel, that they only came to connect the line on the Thursday. Since Thursday, 08/01/2026 I have been profusely trying to contact them to enquire about the installation of my router. I have been sent from pillar to post and it is Tuesday, 13/01/2026 and still no connection. This has resulted in me having to spend money on data, which puts me in a very difficult financial position. I am extremely disappointed in the service received from Vox!
