Extremely poor service
I reached out to Travelstart on Friday 09 January 26 to obtain a quotation on flights for two people from OR Tambo to Lisbon and back again. I first tried via WhatsApp after which the agent decided to call me back. This was at 10h53 on Friday morning. The agent Abdullah Clinton forward me a Screenshot of a quote which he compiled for me but I had more to ask Him and he promised to call me back. At about 16h00 I called again as Abdullah never called me back as promised, I was then told that he was busy and he would return my call in 15 Minutes. 30 minutes later I called back again And asked for a supervisor or manager to call me. Abdullah then eventually returned my call with all sorts of excuses He reverted back to me with a quotation which was only half of what I asked him for. I asked him if he would be able to book me seats on the exit or near the bulkheads in order for me to stretch my legs. He did not even bother to include the pricing for that in his quotation. I in the meantime received a quotation from Flight Centre giving me exactly what I asked for at a far better price. I will definitely not recommend your agency to anyone.
