Hello Peter versus Frogfoot
A huge shoutout of gratitude for having my Frogfoot nightmare resolved within 24 hours. WE struggled for 3 weeks to have our fibre relocated without any resolution until I complained to Hello Peter. We can highly recommend Hello Peter to resolve incompetency in companies using call centres.

Bad service from Frogfoot
We have been waiting three weeks for them to move their cable point. We cannot talk to anyone senior to escalate the problem. Our call reference number is 3456581. All we receive is that the call has been escalated to the relevant department.
