Good morning On Monday, 12 January, my husband went to Vodacom Vangate Mall and he needed to handle a query and the Guy (Consultant Number One) that was there told him that the system was offline. Yesterday,13 January, he went to Vodacom Vangate Mall again then a Lady (Consultant Number Two) assisted him, my husband gave the incorrect information then needed to come home to get what he needed. Then he went back to the store and Another Lady assisted him (Consultant Number Three) she told him he needed the box of the phone because she needed the IMEI number to help with his query. Then he had to go back home to get the box. Bear in mind this is the 2nd time coming home but the fourth time going to the store for help with this query. This whole incident happened between 17:00 and 18:35 yesterday He went back to the mall with everything he needed and he was helped and within a period of 10-15 mins. Consultant Number Three helped him, she did not have a name badge on, she was an African female with braids. She loaded him on the system of which she did it incorrectly because she still asked her colleague "Must we load it on Cap now?" Or something like that. Upon doing that she asked my husband for his details twice and he had to repeat himself, mind you we were already frustrated because of him having to driving up and down to the store. Consultant Number Three was under the impression that it was the 12 January. She didn't even know the date so what work did she actually do if she didn't even write or acknowledge what date it is. My question is, WHY DID IT TAKE TWO DAYS FOR MY HUSBAND TO DRIVE TO THE STORE AND HE SPOKE TO THREE PEOPLE THAT COULD ONLY RESOLVE HIS PROBLEM AFTER THE FOURTH TIME HE WENT TO THE STORE?? Are the people *********** at the work that they do because WHY DIDN'T CONSULTANT NUMBER ONE tell my husband what was needed in the first place to prevent him driving up and down. What if he was traveling via a taxi? And then who would've compensated him for the taxi fare, let alone our petrol money. I hope the BRANCH MANAGER of VODACOM VANGATE MALL Can retrain their staff because if the staff don't even know what the date is then what are they actually doing at work. I am really disappointed in the service I received it was pathetic and ridiculous. I will never go to the store again
