If I could give MidCity no rating I would shem. Their management of our sectional title has been **********. They have no accountability and through their incompetence they have allowed the trustees to loot the body corporate. We pay R2000 in levies but the body corporate has no money - not even enough to pay the electricity and now the entire building has no electricity. The owners have had meetings with their senior managers - a Mr H Sertfontein - but the situation has only gotten worse. The trustees of the body corporate - Rudolph Krog and his associates have bankrupted the body corporate. They refuse to conduct AGMs - for 6 years. They say owners don't pay levies but don't want to give statements of proof. They charged a R30 000 special levy - in Pretoria Central by the way - but that money is nowhere to be seen. They have emptied the reserve fund of the complex - it has R0. Can they just resign with their Rudolph
