⭐ 1 Star I would not recommend this service to anyone. It is supposed to make life easier, but instead it caused unnecessary stress. After three weeks I still haven’t received my disk, and communication has been almost non-existent. Messages go unanswered and there are no updates. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Will not be using this service ever again.
Although the mobility scooter itself is acceptable, my experience with Pride Mobility Scooters has been unacceptable. I was assured that the scooter could be claimed from my medical aid. At no stage was I informed that no NAPPI code exists for this product. This only came to light later, despite me having sufficient medical aid funds and benefits. This is material information that should have been disclosed before any payment was requested. I was pressured to pay a deposit immediately, which felt ********* and unprofessional. I was also misled regarding the scooter’s speed control, as the actual functionality did not match what was promised. When I contacted the company to raise these concerns, they were brushed off and no effort was made to address or accommodate my requested needs. I expect Pride Mobility Scooters to formally acknowledge these issues and engage with me to provide a fair and appropriate resolution. Until then, I strongly caution prospective customers to verify all claims before making any payment.
