Absolute useless people working at this company, wonder if its the company itself, I have paid up an account last year in March 2025, to date i receive calls from ITCBA week upon week saying i still need to pay, i have forwarded numerous emails with proof of payment and statement from previous provider showing nil balance, apparently they can see the pop and correspondence with them and will say they need to escalate to their Management and it will be sorted, but unfortunately i am still going through this week upon week and been threatened to be put on ITC as a bad payer. Furthermore none of their emails work - resolutions1@itcba.co.za
