I have received no feedback or outcome of my complaint, received a email from Zukiswa Mhlobo Legal Correspondence and complaints Administrator on 20260309 and responded with the necessary information that was requested and to dated no feedback at all. On 20260319 received the following sms from Mbd Acc stable. R1500 payment on 31 March keeps this asset file out of the Magistrate Court. My original agreement is R300.
Very unprofessional, got a call from Mbd legal collection was threated if I don't pay amount R1500 I would be given a default judgement against me but I'm currentlt paying R300 a month so how can I get default judgement. Plus the communication skills between all agnets is to be desired. As one get different information in what you can, they near make any not es for the next agnet that calls. They even make double what ever arrangements that was made with the last anget. Don't get me started on telephone ethic.... Plus the agent advised me to borrow money from family to pay, who gives them the right to give this advice. For a law firm allowing their consultates or call agents to speak to clients like they are garage.
They are very unprofessional, receiving calls from them at 7 am, which is very unprofessional, eg receive a call 20260211 from a Indian female just after 7am, when I want to stand my ground and ask for reasoning and expressing my dissatisfaction of receiving calls so early, the more I explain my situation the the agent became aggront with on the phone, she didn't even verify if it was me or not. Thtearting me court process of legal action, attaching my assests. Using a lot legal words. I feel MBD needs to send their call agents a customer service training in how to speak to clients
