I am writing to report a serious and ongoing issue regarding my pension funds held by Fairsure. Despite my claim being submitted in October 2025, I have received no payments and a complete lack of communication. Fairsure representative or Administrator, Bhekinkosi Sekgoto, does not respond to calls he dropped them in ear at times ignore them and emails from either myself or my preservation company. I have been informed he does not take calls and works at his own discretion. This failure to communicate raises serious concerns about the security of my funds, leaving me to worry whether the money is still safely held or has been misappropriated.
