Probably the worst service I've ever had from any business. Dismal service, excuses and dragging thier feet are all you will get here We bought an EcoFlow river pro beginning of March, we were so impressed with the product that a week later we bought an EcoFlow delta max from Computer Mania, firstly we had to pay upfront R27000, and waited a few days to collect, less than a month later the unit was not charging properly, we took it back for and requested a REPLACEMENT, weeks later after many CALLS to the manager and head office they said the unit was fixed, but as we didn't want to sit with a recurring problem we requested a replacement again, weeks pass and many calls again they apparently can't find stock, eventually we asked for refund, we were assured on the Monday that it would reflect by the Friday, eventually the Tuesday we called again, only to have them now ask to verify our account details which we have done. We are still waiting, all this time we cannot replace our unit and are stuck without backup power during all these power cuts
For years my wife and I have struggled to find a restaurant /take away that meets our (extremely fussy) and expectations. In the Cape our trend has been disappointments and frustration, (even when most reviews are good). larger portions seem to = good food for most customers. Finally... Ghodlas in our humble opinion is THE best, the flavours are authentic! The presentation is great and the food is AWESOME to say the least!! Unlike most we've been back four times already, thier service is brilliant and friendly. They remind me of a time gone bye when making food was an art and preparing food was a privilege. They are humble and customer oriented. Please keep in up. We will be back regularly. Thanks so much to the Ghodlas eatery!!!
Dishonesty to the max!!! This B&B is really bad. The room is tiny. I could barely fit my shoulders in the toilet space. The shower is so small that if you turn to wash the tap moves and either scalleds you,goes off or you freeze. Early morning grinding, shouting and hammering. Alarm going off at 03H00. They advertise a bar , they dont say that its only open for functions. We pre-paid our breakfasts. The first morning we got cold,oily mince omelets . We cancelled the rest of our breakfasts the same morning as they were dreadfull. (my son didnt touch his). the manager asked if she could cook us a breafast for the following morning "no charge" We couldnt eat that either (sweetened mushrooms and rubber eggs) also cold. When we enquired from the owner why we had not got our refund she proceeded to bad mouth us, refused to refund the breakfasts that cancelled timeously, after I posted an honest review I then got a call from her forman treatening me with physical violence. Needless to say we are still waiting our refund of 6 x breakfasts @ R80 each!! Also R36 a beer which the staff will bring to your room. Still no refund, just insults.
Reall bad workmanship and dishonest. Frank was paid in full mid morning of the 12th of May to install a 6mx4m wendy house. There are not enough perlons to support the weight of the roof, the roof is way to short in front. The door is buckled,it doesn't close as there is no hand and the latch has not been installed. there are nails sticking out alll over the structre. The door has loose planks and the window has a huge gap on top. The door floor and window have not been treated. The whole structure are propped up with bricks and untreated woo which will rot really soon. My supervisor called him and asked when he was coming back, he said the following Wednesday. Nothings happened. Frank refuses to take any calls from myselfmy wife and my supervisor. He now wants an additional R1000 to come and complete the job (which he wants upfront) He has every excuse from hes not in the country(told me) to hes afraid and hes in Pretoria (told mysupervisor), Steer well clear of this bunch
