I am writing this to warn others: do not use Stem Connect. Our fibre line has been down for days, and this is not the first time. We are paying for a premium service but receiving a sub-standard product with zero reliability. The reality of being a Stem Connect customer: Constant Outages: The internet is down more than it is up. Poor Communication: We have to chase them for updates while our ticket numbers just sit in a queue. Zero Accountability: Despite being a recurring issue, there has been no permanent fix or offer of compensation for the loss of service. As a consumer, I expect reliability. Stem Connect has failed to deliver even the basics. I am currently in the process of escalating this to ISPA and looking for a new provider.
