I am writing this complaint against Budget Insurance. On the 2nd of February I called them for cancelling my policy. They told me since I am under broker so I have to call the broker. I asked them to transfere call,African Independent broker they did not pick up. They called later but due to bad network they couldn’t get hold of me. They sent email stating that I should call or email. I am living in rural areas. I did not have network to make calls. I wrote an email asking for cancellation of policy. They did not respond. I wrote again on the 11 February asking them to cancel the policy with budget and not debit on my pay day which is 20th. Now I see they have been debited and I can’t reverse it. Meaning they ignored my emails
I am writing this complaint against Old Mutual regarding a policies that was opened without my knowledge. I discovered it on 16 October 2025. I never signed any contract. I went to the nearest branch for refund request. I opened the case. They have not responded. This issue have not resolved till now
