I bought a package for AI training on internet. the original amount was deducted twice and then they continue to bill every month as according to them this is a contract. i was misled and warn everyone to be careful. I requested my money back since the 2nd of December but up to now nothing was received. They didn't even make contact.
I informed the card division about unauthorized deduction from my credit card. they issued a case number but further nothing. after a few weeks they came back and inform me that it was a contract that i signed. I was advised to contact the company which i did . I also cc them in on the correspondence. up to now nothing happened. Looks like i will have to take drastic measures to stop this monthly deductions and Absa just don't want to help.
I ordered a blood Glucose meter from them and paid fully for same. it was confirmed and i was informed that the item will be send to my delivery address. This happened on the 8th of April 2025. On the 10th i was informed that the item is in shipment and on it's way. from the 6th of May i send numerous e-mails to the company and no reply from them. At this stage it looks like i was ****med out of my money.
