Sage Support Non Existant
I have been trying to find out why the pricing page has an option that I cannot find in the shop. It has pricing for monthly payments which I am already using on my other business but the shop does not give you the option. I emailed the email on the site and over 24 hours later someone phoned the office and gave a number and person to contact which just goes to a switchboard. After hanging on the line for ages even having to buy more airtime while on the call the call just drops. I have emailed twice since then and get no response to a very basic question. Absolutely not happy with Sage, do not expect support from them.

Incompetant or ******?
Shockingly poor service at Builders Carlswald. Of all the dozen lady cashiers none knew what a steel dropper was that I was buying which doesn't come with a barcode. The security lady at the door told them they were 1.8m droppers when in fact they were 900mm. I had to get 3 of the other ladies involved all wanted to over charge me and claim it is 1.8. Even when I showed them the height next to me and told them I am 1.8m and is it my height or half they still didn't have the brain cells between them to bounce together to understand. Couldn't spell steel and the ladies nails made it almost impossible to use the screen. Only after me literally having to make a scene where all customers could hear did they get the manager with measuring tape (how someone in a hardware can't tell something is 1.8m compared to 900mm blows the mind) and guess what after wasting 10 minutes of my time and trying to overcharge me, insulting my intelligence finally they put it through as 900mm after the measuring tape proved it. Manager walked away no apology. I always avoid this store because of the service but other hardwares didn't have stock. Will never go to this hardware again. I know I'll get the generic reply from some useless person here on Hellopeter but still want to make public aware.
