I was called by Nathan from IDS, I was taken through the steps but advised that I don't want to continue and be under debt review. They still proceeded and now I'm expected to pay a fee to remove my name from debt review. A manager by the name Natalie contacted me and basically told me that she doesn't care that they made the mistake. Simone contacted me as well and advised that it's her fault that I am under debt review but they still expect me to pay to remove my name from debt review. Don't ever go further than a hello if they call you. This truly feels like a **** and they couldn't care less that one of their employees made a mistake on my name that I have to fix, This is the most frustrating experience I have ever had and I plea with everyone reading this to not use them as all. Very angry at this experience and hope that no one else falls into their trap
