Relief
Having realised that the solution was not only about helping to reduce interest on bond / loan repayments but meant no more access bond and credit card, I changed my mind and asked for the process to be cancelled. The lady that assisted me Simone Paulse, really came to the party and assisted me through the process. Simone helped with changing my perception of infinite debt solution.

Relief
Having realised that the solution was not only about helping to reduce interest on bond / loan repayments but meant no more access bond and credit card, I changed my mind and asked for the process to be cancelled. If you don't sign the founding affidavit will not get your name off debt review I signed last year name not cleared. Court order not provided never removed from debt review
Very unprofessional. I have been waiting too long for a resolution on the court order and my name cleared.

Good day I am writing this email because i have a serious issue with my debt review removal. I app**** for debt review through a company called Infinite debt solutions and a consultant by the name of Mogammat Sulaiman +27215691212 from Infinite Debt Solutions assisted me, a contract was signed and after few months of paying I requested to be removed from debt review. I contacted infinite debt solutions via phone and whatsapp but non of my messages and called were attended to. Mogammat deliberately ignored my requests after several attempts on all communication platforms, as i have proof. I then approached another company called Remove Debt for assistance where they agreed and spoke to Nadia Mothilall, Ashleigh Naidu and Ntokozo where they made me pay R9500 over a period of 4 months and said after i pay this amount their attorneys will go to court on my behalf. I paid the R9500 in full by end of October 2025 and proof is available. Since promised according to Remove Debt that they are busy with my query i haven’t received feedback since November 2025 till date, emails was sent to them but no response. Infinite debt solutions refuse to assist me and dropped calls in my ear several times, Remove Debt is not even willing to assist me in any way ever since last year. I am appealing to the NCR to please assist me as my finances are all stable and i do not need debt review anymore. And i feel as thou i have been ****med by these consultants.

I strongly caution anyone considering Infinite Debt Solutions. My experience with them has been extremely negative. They engaged in suspicious and potentially *****ulent practices, including tampering with documents and forging signatures. Their communication was misleading, and they failed to provide proper verification of their services. I do not trust this company and advise everyone to be extremely careful before dealing with them.

Untrusted company to deal with.
Worst company to deal with. They make empty promises about providing a Form 19 Clearance certificate. This has been going on from September 2025 where I'm being told it takes 21 days for it to be processed and provided to me. The 21 days have passed and I followed up only to be told it takes 3 months which will be in January 2026. On 15th January I sent an email with a response that it has been drafted and will be sent to the attorney to be certified and commissioned. I have sent a WhatsApp message to their "client services" WhatsApp number and a week later I get a reply that they are waiting for the sign off from the debt counsellor.

Untrusted company to deal with.
Worst company to deal with. They make empty promises about providing a Form 19 Clearance certificate. This has been going on from September 2025 where I'm being told it takes 21 days for it to be processed and provided to me. The 21 days have passed and I followed up only to be told it takes 3 months which will be in January 2026. On 15th January I sent an email with a response that it has been drafted and will be sent to the attorney to be certified and commissioned. I have sent a WhatsApp message to their "client services" WhatsApp number and a week later I get a reply that they are waiting for the sign off from the debt counsellor.

Incompetence on levels beyond your comprehension
I was called by Nathan from IDS, I was taken through the steps but advised that I don't want to continue and be under debt review. They still proceeded and now I'm expected to pay a fee to remove my name from debt review. A manager by the name Natalie contacted me and basically told me that she doesn't care that they made the mistake. Simone contacted me as well and advised that it's her fault that I am under debt review but they still expect me to pay to remove my name from debt review. Don't ever go further than a hello if they call you. This truly feels like a **** and they couldn't care less that one of their employees made a mistake on my name that I have to fix, This is the most frustrating experience I have ever had and I plea with everyone reading this to not use them as all. Very angry at this experience and hope that no one else falls into their trap

Misleading
These people **** about what they are offering. I've been trying to contact they they never respond on email or their WhatsApp number. When you call and ask to speak to someone your told all agents are on tea which I find quite baffling. The receptionist never answer calls you have to be really resilient and patient to even get through even when you do your given the run around. Horrible business practice they just trap you.
