Having realised that the solution was not only about helping to reduce interest on bond / loan repayments but meant no more access bond and credit card, I changed my mind and asked for the process to be cancelled. The lady that assisted me Simone Paulse, really came to the party and assisted me through the process. Simone helped with changing my perception of infinite debt solution.

I have been trying to cancel a Telkom mobile contract that I did not even open, never had that number for 5 months now. In Feb/March I went to N1 city telkom mobile store and the gentleman went and cancelled the number in the system in my presence. Last month I called their customer service and I was told June statement / deduction will be the last. This morning I received another statement. Can someone advice how do I get rid of this bogus account?
Service at Howard centre branch in Pinelands Cape Town extremely slow. They have such few consultants that it took me close to an hour and half for card collecion.

Not sure if I'm the only one struggling with the life cover claim. My husband past on 11 months ago and I still have not received the life cover claim. It all started with request from different life for my husband's medical history going 10 years before taking the cover. Now the feedback keeps on being they cannot get access to medical files from some institutes. This is very frustrating.
What a bad service from ford N1 city. Took my car in for an oil leak which turned out to be diff seal leak on Thursday the 10th of Oct. I discovered when calling the consultant late in the afternoon that my car will not be ready for collection on the day but this week Tuesday. On Tuesday my husband had to call to check on progress only to be told that the car is still not ready since the parts have just arrived. When we called on Wednesday, we were then told that wrongnparts were delivered and had to be send back to Pretoria, the car will be ready Friday. Today (Friday 18th) when we called to check if the car is ready, we were told that the parts had just arrived and since replacing the diff seal is a 'big job', it will only be completed on Monday (21st). So we still sitting without a car and whats worse is the service consultant attitude. During all this time, she never bothered to contact us for updates and when we call to enquire, she had the worst attitude for someone who is surpose to be giving service. Did not even bother to offer a courtesy car.
