My house was built in 2020, ceiling fell off in 2021 and they came to fix it now last year around june/July 2025 it fell off again, called my insurance and was shocked to hear that the house was not properly build,tried confronting valumax, they refused to help me and heard from NHBRC that the roof insurance takes 5 years1 reply
