I took my dtf A3 machine for change of printerhead and dampers because white ink was blocked and the dampers had residue .They gave me a quote of above R9000 and i paid with no hesitation. The problem is they dispatched my machine without full quality control in place. When I received my machine the power switch was not working, i had to find an electrician somewhere to fix the switch for me. After that, I had to test the machine if its working properly but turns out that white ink is still not coming out. I am based in Bloemfontein amd i was told to bring back the machine. I refused because it is costly to take the machine to their warehouse,this is their fault and not my responsibility to fix the machine. I paid full amout and I received bad service after all. Now im stuck with a machine that is not working but theres nothing done about it. I am highly disappointed .
I reached out to the company telling them that my A3 DTF PRINTER is not printing well, the inks are dry. I tried to do a callout but the assistant said my machine is too small i must bring it to the warehouse, mind you im based in Bloemfontein. I brought the machine but it has been 3 days and nothing has happened, their excuse is they prioritise call out instead of drop off. Which means I must wait for up to a week or two weeks while the technicians are out on a call out. I do not think that its fair because we are all customers of the company, we need equal treatment because we bought machines from the same company. I am so disappointed in the customer service they offer.
