My car was ****** and recovered and taken to Sanrose for repairs by my insurer. After the confirmed three weeks, Sanrose informed me my car is ready for collection and following inspection I found several items either not fixed or not fixed up to standard. I gave them a second chance as I would expect from any reasonable person... Upon taking possession of my car I noticed that some parts were repaired instead of replaced as I was told (i.e. very badly done), panels were loose, fuse box and car battery were loose, car's logos was left in the car unfixed... Surely these are items that should have been picked up by having a proper quality control/check BEFORE confirming completion of the repairs? Honestly not what I expected from Sanrose.
Would not recommend taking your care here. I now have been requested to take my car back for them to complete their repairs and this after my car was not up to standards when they informed me the first time when it was ready for collection...and I gave then a second chance...which they clearly *****ed up...very frustrating
