Not even a star I am trying to organise move of my internet to new house from 1 March They do not listen Now tgey ask for utility bill I am not livingvthere yet no utility bill send them copy of agreement tgey still ask for utikity bill Tgey keep sending me messages re uitility bill I send them copy contract but still no luck I am finished !!!
The worst service ever Their billing department disaster In fact no star !!
