I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant and feel compelled to raise a serious food safety concern. On 23/01/26, my husband ordered chicken wings at the restaurant. According to the menu, the portion was supposed to be 4 wings, however he was served 9 wings. He ate part of the meal at the restaurant but did not finish it and took the remaining wings home as a takeaway. When we later opened and reheated the leftover wings at home, they had a strong rotten smell and were clearly spoiled. The food was unsafe to consume and had to be thrown away. This is especially concerning considering that part of the meal had already been eaten earlier. Serving spoiled chicken poses a serious health risk, and the inconsistency between the menu portion and what was served raises further concerns about food handling and quality control. I am requesting that this matter be taken seriously and addressed appropriately. I expect an explanation and a suitable resolution, such as a refund or replacement, as well as reassurance that food safety standards are being upheld.
