I am writing this with extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment in the service and product I have received from this company on the 12th of January 2026. I have purchased a 55inch Skyworth TV and upon delivery we received the package and after we have unboxed it and plugged the TV the screen was damaged. Immediately when we saw that I sent an email to the shop to raise the issue as I have paid cash for the TV and now I'm sitting with a Damaged TV that I have paid in full for. I'm being told that I have to wait for the TV to be assessed by the manufactures instead of this TV being replaced with a new one. I am not willing to take a TV that have been fixed as I have paid the full amount for a working TV and just to get a broken TV. I want a full refund so that I can buy a TV somewhere else. If this fails I will log a complaint to the NCC and involve my lawyer in this matter as well.
