I recently ordered a clothing item from MHC World and experienced exceptional service. The process was notably efficient and friendly, thanks in large part to Mohammad, who facilitated my order seamlessly. I highly recommend MHC World for their outstanding customer service.

I would like to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the shocking level of service I received from MHC World regarding the purchase I made in the 27 January 2026 of a gas stove with a glass lid. Today's date 12 March 2026 This has been the most horrific experience I have ever had with any supplier. Firstly, the first delivery I received was the incorrect stove. Secondly, the replacement stove that was delivered was badly damaged. Thirdly, when the correct stove was finally delivered, the glass lid — which was the main reason I ordered that specific model — was missing. I immediately contacted MHC to resolve the issue, and I made it very clear that I wanted the exact stove that I ordered from your website, with the glass lid included. I was then informed that the stove I ordered had been discontinued, which is completely unacceptable, as it was still advertised on your website when I placed the order. After insisting that I receive what I paid for, I was told by the appliance manager that if I wanted to return the stove, I would have to bring it back myself — despite the fact that I live in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga, and the mistake was entirely on MHC’s side. This is unacceptable and extremely poor customer service. I was then told that you would try to source the correct stove, and if not, the stove would be collected on Saturday. Needless to say, this never happened. On Tuesday I followed up again, only to be told that the collection did not take place. I was then promised that the stove would be collected on Wednesday. Once again, nothing happened. After numerous calls, frustration, and having to raise my voice just to be assisted, the stove was finally collected on Thursday, 11 March. Now I am still waiting for my refund, and when I followed up again, I was told that your system is offline and you cannot process the payment. At this point, this is just another excuse. This entire situation shows a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for customers. Please treat this as a formal complaint. I expect my refund to be processed immediately without any further excuses.

They are close by from where I am based, I buy dress fabric and haberdashery from them from time to time, Only when I'm desperate and stretched with time; because they too expensive. Which is why I rather drive all the way to Home Hyper City in Pretoria Central.

I dont even know how this company made it this far. From product being delivered damaged, to just getting after sales service, communication with exchange. All terrible and will never even look in their direction again. I would really think hard before i let them sell my products.

I am writing this with extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment in the service and product I have received from this company on the 12th of January 2026. I have purchased a 55inch Skyworth TV and upon delivery we received the package and after we have unboxed it and plugged the TV the screen was damaged. Immediately when we saw that I sent an email to the shop to raise the issue as I have paid cash for the TV and now I'm sitting with a Damaged TV that I have paid in full for. I'm being told that I have to wait for the TV to be assessed by the manufactures instead of this TV being replaced with a new one. I am not willing to take a TV that have been fixed as I have paid the full amount for a working TV and just to get a broken TV. I want a full refund so that I can buy a TV somewhere else. If this fails I will log a complaint to the NCC and involve my lawyer in this matter as well.

Extremely poor service from MHC. I reported faults with both my microwave and oven, and it has now been over 6 weeks with no assistance and no resolution. To make matters worse, the microwave has since developed an additional error, making the situation even more frustrating and unacceptable. The lack of response and support from MHC is deeply disappointing. No customer should be left without essential appliances for this long. At this point, I would appreciate either a replacement unit or a full refund. Based on this experience, I would not recommend MHC.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase experience. Products I thought were on sale were sold to me at higher prices, with some only receiving a R300 discount despite internet prices showing them as past sales - sale terms weren't specified on the website. Secondly, the delivery service has been abysmal. I was promised delivery on Thursday, but despite constant follow-ups since Wednesday, I was told on Thursday afternoon that delivery isn't possible with a slew of excuses. To top it off, when I asked about the status, I was told I should pay extra for delivery - something never communicated to me prior. For R43,000, I expected a lot better. If I'd known, I'd have taken my business elsewhere. 👎

I am extremely disappointed with MHC World’s service. I ordered and paid for a bed where the total cost clearly included delivery. After payment was made, I was contacted and informed that the delivery cost had “changed” and that the system did not calculate the delivery correctly. This is unacceptable. Customers should not be penalised for internal system errors after a transaction has already been completed and paid for. If delivery charges vary by location, the system should reflect this accurately before payment is taken — not after. Changing terms post-purchase is misleading and unfair to customers. I should not be expected to pay extra because of a system failure on MHC World’s side. Clear communication and transparent pricing are basic expectations, and unfortunately, this experience has fallen far short. To make it worse, the workers there treat the matter as if its normal
