I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase experience. Products I thought were on sale were sold to me at higher prices, with some only receiving a R300 discount despite internet prices showing them as past sales - sale terms weren't specified on the website. Secondly, the delivery service has been abysmal. I was promised delivery on Thursday, but despite constant follow-ups since Wednesday, I was told on Thursday afternoon that delivery isn't possible with a slew of excuses. To top it off, when I asked about the status, I was told I should pay extra for delivery - something never communicated to me prior. For R43,000, I expected a lot better. If I'd known, I'd have taken my business elsewhere. 👎
Frustrating experience with Webafrica's customer service! I reached out at 8:30 AM via WhatsApp, only to be assigned an agent at 11 AM. Unacceptable response time! What's worse is they don't have a phone line, leaving WhatsApp as the only option. When you're already experiencing issues with your connection, the last thing you need is a slow response from their support team.
Warning: Webafrica's customer service is a nightmare! I've been experiencing issues with my WiFi connection for 2 days, and despite multiple communications, they haven't resolved the problem. To add insult to injury, they're charging a R650 call-out fee, which is ridiculous. If you're considering using Webafrica, think twice. Their lack of responsiveness and steep fees are not worth it.
Im extremely frustrated with the delivery service. My package has been marked as 'out for delivery' for 2 days, yet it hasn't arrived. Furthermore, your phone lines are unreachable, leaving me without any updates or communication. I expect a higher level of service. Can you please investigate and resolve this issue urgently?
I'm extremely disappointed with Metro Fibre's service reliability. My WiFi has been offline for 4 days, and despite reporting the issue to Web Africa (third-party provider), I've received no update or resolution. The lack of communication and prolonged downtime are unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect better. On the brink of canceling due to this experience. Urgent improvement needed in their outage response and customer support.
Terrible service they take forever to finish your products
Head of Security company do not answer phone calls and emails. They are extremely unprofessional. There was Robery in my complex they acknowledged that their Security was at fault but they don't want to compensate me . They giving me runaround when I call for a follow up. Samuel Kimera he is the worst busy initiating that I have set myself up imagine how pathetic is that.
I purchased a coffee table from Furniturespot. When the coffee was delivered it looked nothing like what I saw or expected. The quality was bad. The coffee table was collected and an email was sent to me with an attachment of their refund policy stating that should you request a refund you are liable for transport. MY QUESTION IS, HOW IS THE CUSTOMER EXPECTED TO PAY THE TRANSPORTATION FEE WHEN YOU FALSELY ADVERTISED YOUR MERCHANDISE???? It's been over 14 working days I haven't recieved any refund.
