Extremely poor service from MHC. I reported faults with both my microwave and oven, and it has now been over 6 weeks with no assistance and no resolution. To make matters worse, the microwave has since developed an additional error, making the situation even more frustrating and unacceptable. The lack of response and support from MHC is deeply disappointing. No customer should be left without essential appliances for this long. At this point, I would appreciate either a replacement unit or a full refund. Based on this experience, I would not recommend MHC.
Extremely disappointed with Whirlpool. Both my microwave and oven started malfunctioning after only 7 months of use, which is completely unacceptable for appliances of this brand and price point. I reported the faults over 6 weeks ago, yet I have received no resolution, no repair, and no meaningful assistance. To make matters worse, the microwave has since developed an additional error, and still there has been no urgency or accountability from Whirlpool. The appliances are unreliable, and the after-sales service is **********. How does a company expect customers to live for weeks without a microwave, constantly following up with no results? This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I would not recommend Whirlpool based on both product quality and customer service.
I'm extremely frustrated with the Skyworth repair center. After a week of no communication, I had to pressure them to repair my TV. However, when it was returned, the issue remained unresolved. I've had to repeatedly follow up with their technical team, and they've finally agreed to collect the TV again. The process is tedious, and what's even more frustrating is that I have to rebook the collection because the original ticket was closed. Despite their great TVs, the after-sales service is appalling. I wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone due to the poor support.
"They're deceiving people about the referral promotion. I referred someone in January, but they failed to honor their commitment of a 2-month free subscription. Despite my repeated calls, they've been giving me the runaround, constantly promising to allocate the discount the following month. I'm fed up! Their customer service is atrocious, and their device is the worst!
Rain has the worst service when it comes to customers support. I submitted a ticket and it took more than 48hrs to vaguely respond and. I just need help , what sort of business that does not have a support line . Rain Service is horrendous!!!
Samsung is by far the worst brand in appliances and the worst in customer service . To be honest I wish there was a minus star , SAMSUNG does not even deserve a single star. "I bought a SAMSUNG 32l Microwave on the 2nd of Decemember 2020 ,it stopped working while warning some food ;I booked it in with the supplier only to be told two weeks later that the microwave is beyond repair because of ****roaches....****ROACHES??? The thing was in a box for two months ! So I was literally told to go hang , A microwave unit I have only used for 5 months. The worst is I have had bad experience with every Samsung product I have ever own from Fridge ,TV ,Sound bar now Microwave. My TV and Side by Side Fridge was repaired twice during a period of warranty...Soon after warranty they just both died ;The repair cost was propostrous . I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY A SAMSUNG HEY !! ITS BETTER TO GO FOR HISENSE ,better warranty period ,affordable and talking from experience my cousin has had a lot of hisense products and no issues SAMSUNG PHONES YOU CAN BUY , NEVER HAD A PROBLEM BUT SAMSUNG appliances PLEASE DON'T BUY . VERY BAD PRODUCT AND SERVICE

Makro Does not even deserve a single star , I bought a washing machine that im not happy with about a month ago . I have been try to get hold of them for over an hour each time i call them but no one picks up their phone calls .
I ordered a vegetable Pizza for my little Girl and it was tooo chili I could not even eat it my self . Called Debonairs El Ridge were I ordered it and they can't help me or change it . The worst part it was never stated that the pizza is Hot . Bad service ever!!!Now I have to throwaway my money because they can't help us. worst service ever!!!!
Samsung keeps giving me a date for my repair and no one shows up on that day. I have waited for 2 months for a fridge repair and I paid my callout fee . The Fridge has been repaired countless times in 4 Years Samsung is a Bad Product and their service is terrible.
