Took my child to van heerden pharmacy in Tzaneen crossing for ear piercings and it was a very traumatic experience to watch my child cry so much from multiple failed piercings because their piercing guns are malfunctioning. Each ear had 1 or 2 failed piercings and it was very sad. I would not recommend it to anyone.
I have been in the process of applying for payment relief for a whole 4 months since September 2025 and since they asked for supporting documents i kept on sending and doing follow-ups and till this day, no response from them and I’m already on the last month i wanted the payment relief for and i had a very unpleasant leave from work due to circumstances i can’t mention here because of debts and i don’t think i’ll ever recommend anyone to TFS.
I cancelled my month-to-month subscription and returned the router in another branch because I relocated and now i keep on getting an invoice for R2500 every month, customer service fail to help me understand why i owe so much money and when i go the store i returned the router, i’m being told the reason why is because i didn’t return the router at the store i bought it from, of which it could not be possible because my circumstances could not allow. I’m very disappointed with their service and i don’t think i’ll ever be a customer there again or even recommend someone to sign anything with them.
