I purchased goods on the Spar2u app on the 10th of January for just under R400. The payment went off my account but according to the Spar2u app payment interface, the payment was not successful. I have been to Eastmans Spar in Virginia, Durban North no less than 5 times to try and get this resolved - 17 days later it remains unresolved. My bank says that the money is in Spars account and they need to refund it. I have been told for the past 2 weeks that the money is being refunded to no avail. I will certainly never use the Spar2u app again, not because of the obvious glitch (I understand glitches do happen) but rather, because of the dreadful manner in which Spar has managed this issue. What dreadful service for a customer that averages around 15k/ month spend with your organisation.
