Unprofessional company

I've paid the company R24 000 ordering different sizes of gloves like medium small and large, they said they have all sizes but intsead of delivering 300 pairs i required they only delivered size Large gloves which were only 150 pairs of gloves and they don't want to refund me for the other 150 I'm having the proof of payment and the what's up conversation with one of their sales person.
