Empty packages with no help

I ordered two packs of the powder and gel — one of them was meant to be a gift. When the person opened it, we were shocked to find the containers were empty. I’ve emailed the store twice now and it’s been almost three weeks with no response. The contact number doesn’t work, and there’s no other way to get hold of anyone. I even went to the address listed on the website, but the building reception and security had never heard of the business. What makes it more frustrating is that I keep getting promotional emails from them, but no reply at all regarding my issue. Really disappointing experience overall.
