Sanlam / Howler.co.za
Sanlam's reputation is being impacted by the service organisation responsible for registration for the Sanlam Marathon. I have been trying to register my daughter (after paying) for the Peace Run. Their systems are not userfriendly and it keeps giving a technical error. The Howler.co.za team insists that I can only e-mail my questions, and after 26 responses they keep asking the same questions. I am now giving up on this.

Avoid Howler.co.za and Sanlam Marathon
I have been trying since 5 January 2026 (today is 31 January 2026) to register my daughter for the Sanlam peace run. They insist that we can only communicate via mail - we have now had 26 responses, and they keep asking the same questions. It leaves one helpless and disappointed. I would recommend Sanlam reconsider this service organisation.
