Nothing else even pretends to compare to what Progenix offers… it’s not like they just have ridiculously great prices or anything. The absolute audacity of this company to be that good is honestly offensive to every other service out there.

The service for Weba...
The service for Webafrica was next level impressive back in the old days... I would recommend them always, now the last month they have no service in terms of reaching anyone and their online portal are extremely limited. Bianca from Live chat was excellent though and Webafrica should get more support staff like her. The service got better the last week.

Trash... should be a pile of Ash
Trying to upgrade my line BTW -> This service has plummeted from top-tier to a complete ****ing dumpster fire. I used to swear by this provider; now, they’re nothing but a useless, *********** joke. How is it even physically possible to be this pathetic? It’s an entire day just to process a simple line upgrade. The portal is a glitchy piece of ****. It’s flagging my street name as "incorrect" even though I have an existing, active service at this exact address. I’ve tried correcting it manually, but your broken-ass API is pushing the wrong data anyway. To top off this absolute circus, "Jezmei" opened my live chat over an hour ago and has been ghosting me ever since. If you can’t handle basic automation or hire agents who actually work, shut it down. Absolute trash.
