Very bad service and unprofessional. I bought a generator on the 23rd. I received a whatsapp stating delivery will be in 5 - 7 days. Processing the purchase will take 24hrs. Sweet! On the 24 i rep**** on whatsapp and asked for the waybill number, no response on whatsapp. I asked again on the 26, no response. I phoned them on the 27th to ask if the parcel had been sent, I was told yes, Brandon said he would send me the waybill.... he did not send it. On the 29 i asked on whatsapp again and phoned the company to ask for the waybill... Brandon once again said he would send it but failed to do so. Later on the 29 I was informed by the courier that the parcel was damaged and will be replaced by Xsolar. I still have no waybill! On the 30th, I phoned and asked Brandon for an update. I was informed that the parcel is with the courier and on-route. He will ask them to speed up the delivery, to monday, because it is due to the courier’s negligence, that the parcel is delayed. He promised. I also asked again for the waybill which was once again NOT SEND TO ME. The 2nd feb, i phoned the company, Brandon wasn't available, i left him a message to phone me back. HE DIDN'T The 3rd (Tuesday), (9:26) I phoned Brandon to ask for an update. I was told the parcel is on-route and will be delivered on the 4th only. (I explained to him that it's a crisis, I need the generator tonight (3rd) due to power failure in town and my mother is on an oxygen machine.) Can he please ask the courier to speed up the delivery for today, cause the generator is in Joburg which is only 1.5hrs from me. I was told, it's not his problem. I once again asked for the waybill, Brandon said he will send it, i laughed and said, no you will not! I'm going to write a very bad review on Hellopeter and on all social media platforms. 10:01, i received my waybill. I phoned the courier company to ask when they could deliver.. I was then told, that the booking for collection, was JUST BOOKED NOW. 3rd Feb 9:39! Brandon ****, the parcel was never on-roete, i hasn't even left the warehouse. He only booked the parcel after i had to follow up on my parcel, which he promised would be delivered by the 2nd already! I phoned Brandon and asked him why he ****, he got upset, because I'm showing him out on his lie. By this time i was very upset. Cause im having a crises and he is like ‘’ not his problem’’ If i didn't phone on the 3rd, Xsolar would not have sent out my parcel! So funny, he told me that he cannot ship the parcel overnight. so i said to him '' you just placed the order for collection, now on the 3rd, and you are promising me that it will be delivered on the 4th, isn't that overnight? He was quiet. In my opinion, it very unprofessional and very bad service! I did received my parcel on the 4th. I will never recommend Xsolar to anyone.
Please DO NOT TRUST Xsolar, 26 Eagle Road, Queensburgh, Durban, KZN, South Africa. They are not reliable, have very bad service AND do not care about you as an client. They also use Internet Express as delivery company. They damage the parcel, and now i must wait more than 2 weeks for delivery that was supposed to be here within 7 days.
