No delivery no communication
Good Day. I'm not happy with how I am treated at Xsolar. I bought solar lights on the 11th till now no deliver and no communication. My order number is 12302 and till now. I not sent by Thursday I would like to get my refund

Unacceptable after sales service.
Purchased a 105Ah battery from them, used it twice and the capacity is not what was advertised considering the battery chemistry and acceptable discharge levels. Figured it was a faulty/old item and contacted them regarding a replacement. Their response to my request was on whether I properly charged the item as well as the charging parameters set on the charging controller. I supp**** this but since then I have not received any feedback days after. I get the feeling they are going to play the blame game, and or delay the process past the warranty period and then plead expired warranty. My problem is no one is getting back to me and a business like this CANNOT take as long as they do to get back to serious customer queries.

Smooth delivery and good quality products from X Solar - Highly recommended
I ordered a 5kW system and the process was straightforward. I honestly didn’t expect delivery to be that quick considering the size of the order, but to my surprise it arrived within 2 days. Everything came well packaged and exactly as described, and the products have been working well so far. Overall, a good experience and I’d recommend X Solar any day

Happy with the battery and service
