Unacceptable after sales service.

Purchased a 105Ah battery from them, used it twice and the capacity is not what was advertised considering the battery chemistry and acceptable discharge levels.

Figured it was a faulty/old item and contacted them regarding a replacement. Their response to my request was on whether I properly charged the item as well as the charging parameters set on the charging controller. I supp**** this but since then I have not received any feedback days after.

I get the feeling they are going to play the blame game, and or delay the process past the warranty period and then plead expired warranty.

My problem is no one is getting back to me and a business like this CANNOT take as long as they do to get back to serious customer queries.
