Friendly and Helpful
I would like to express my appreciation to PEP Home Letlhabile Mall. I lost the keys and they helped looking for it. Not only they were compationate but also caring as well. Fortunately I found the keys and couldn't go back to Thank them as I was rushing and on medication.. Thank you Ladies and you always the best

A few days ago I visited Mr Price Letlhabile Mall and was assisted by a friendly and beautiful young Girl called Tsholanang. She was so friendly and understands customer service. Very effectient too. Welldone Baby Girl and keep it up

Lost car keys
Good day I would like to express my appreciation to the staff members of clicks Pharmacy in Letlhabile. I was in so much pain ,bought medication and forgot the car keys . They kept my keys safe . I was looking for them all over untill I remember that I was at clicks . I was panicking and the guys kept me calm ,made a joke seeing that I'm about to have a heart attack Lol and gave me the keys . Thank you Gentlemen and a beautiful lady . May you treat everyone like that . It's not the first time you guys are kind .lat it was the manager making sure I don't stay on a queue because I couldn't walk or stand for long . You are a family to most of us .Thank you

BAD SERVICE
I have just phoned the call Centre you know the lady made me feel like I irritate him . I wanted to ask questions and I could hear she cannot wait for me to hung up . I'm so disappointed abut her treatment .I even asked her to be patient but I was irritating her . Please ask her to fix her attitude and remind her that she works with different people and learn to be kind .I would like her to tell me what did I do to irritate her because I was so kind to her. BILLING AND NO INTERNET ACCESS
Good day i have a problem with MTN and no matter how I reach out they will call or resolve my issue or maybe it is because I am a black woman and taken advantage of , I hate companies undermine their clients . I paid for my DATA and to day when I woke up I was told to pay R461. I did pay but still not connected . I am working from home and I don't have access to Internet . Can I PLEASE have my internet connected again

Best service
I would like to send my compliment to two ladies at Nedbank . We called the Nedbank on Saturday MORNING REGARDING THE APP and my Aunt who doesn't know English was assisted very nice with the most highest respect . My aunt used her numbers ending 5041. The other one is colored but allowed me to translate . She even called me to assist with the App .Thank you and please treat everyone same .Please make sure my message reach the ladies GIRLS you deserve a HUUUUUUUU SHAMAAAAAME!!!

Best customer service
I would like to express my appreciation to Boxer Staff at Letlhabile. I'm crying tears of Joy while typing this. Yesterday my cards were not working, phones were off. After filling up a whole trolley they were patient and managed to help me. We even requested to charge my phone and they helped. You guys deserve a HUUU SHAME. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. The cashier whom I had forgotten the name Thank you Girl. The Guys who charged my phone. The lady who immediately left her work to go find me a charger. The other ladies by the tills who kept me calm and assured me that it's nit my fault. I'm sure you guys remember me coz my Bank embarrassed me and you restored my dignity. Thank you Boxer Letlhabile Mall. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

No internet connect
I'm so disgusted with MTN right now , My amount is fully paid and its been days since I cannot access Internet . Your social media consultant is USELESS , the CALL CENTRE CONSULTANT is more useless . Nobody knows what they are doing . My account is UP TO DATE and now I am told I must but a speed for my reconnection .I need my internet to be reconnected and if I cant use it please pay me back my pro rata amount
