I had a very bad experience with Railways furniture.i bought Bed,fridge and microwave along the way i lost my job. I went to the shop to report , arrangement was made that i must pay certain amount which i did. On the 7th of October I paid but surprisingly on the 10th October my furniture was repossesed. I show the guy proof of payment but he said for him not to repossess I must pay R15 500. Immediately for him not to repossessd he never want to consider my proof of payment. If knew that they were going to repossessed or if I was served a notice that they are coming to repossessed I would'nt have paid on the 7th. I felt that i was unfairly treated and should be reported to the NCR and Ombudzman
