BARESTEP ****

This is a **** - I placed an order on 22 November 2025 - Order #BS53742 for two pairs of their Barestep Active 3.0 shoes and paid a total of R1779. There was apparently an issue with the delivery but I never received any notices from the courier and I have still not recieved any reply from them. Someone answered my first email in early December and after that they have just been ignoring my emails asking for either the shoes to be delivered or a refund. Just checked the invoice now, they even charge R79.99 for shipping protection ???
