Will not return your deposit.
If it were possible, I would assign a zero rating. The company demonstrates poor communication and has failed to refund my deposit. Charges have been levied against for extremely high “wear and tear” costs that should reasonably fall under standard maintenance. In addition, their agents have issued inflated quotations and attempted to justify these charges. I am deeply dissatisfied with this experience.0 replies
