Horrible service
Made a booking in January to avoid being told it’s fully booked for Valentine’s Day only to be told the day before that I made no booking what’s so ever, no effort was made to check if I actually made booking other than checking on their system which clearly shows otherwise, however to even check on their call logs as evidence of my booking no one went the extra mile. What’s worse is only the manager could give me his name when I asked previous people who had rudely assisted me about their name so I can make a formal complaint and give me their names the call was immediately hung up. I am disappointed in the lack of effort as it’s not my fault that whomever I made the booking with did not send an email. Don’t waste your time to book there nor to even hope they can help you if their workers made mistakes as you will be gaslighted and blamed for their incompetence

Terrible delivery and help services
I ordered on two separate occasions from Superbalist and everytime it was supposed to be delivered my order never got delivered, no driver called me yet my orders were cancelled and I was charged for a delivery fee. The online help service didn’t upload correct information even though I called multiple times to get it fixed
