Horrible service
Made a booking in January to avoid being told it’s fully booked for Valentine’s Day only to be told the day before that I made no booking what’s so ever, no effort was made to check if I actually made booking other than checking on their system which clearly shows otherwise, however to even check on their call logs as evidence of my booking no one went the extra mile. What’s worse is only the manager could give me his name when I asked previous people who had rudely assisted me about their name so I can make a formal complaint and give me their names the call was immediately hung up. I am disappointed in the lack of effort as it’s not my fault that whomever I made the booking with did not send an email. Don’t waste your time to book there nor to even hope they can help you if their workers made mistakes as you will be gaslighted and blamed for their incompetence

Romantic hidden gem in Melville with delectable menu
Dos Manos, the restaurant at Pablo House Boutique Hotel in Melville, is the perfect venue for an intimate dinner or a fun night out with friends. The food (wood-fired pizzas and grills to die for!) is just incredible, with every dish offering something a little out of the ordinary but immensely satisfying. The ****tails are the best in Jo'burg and the wine list is sensational. The view, which looks out over the legendary Melville Koppies all the way out past Sandton, provides the most beautiful sunsets. If brunch is more your speed, feast on the dishes (highlights: the Shakshuka and the Eggs Benedict) that made Pablo Eggs-Go Bar world famous and don't forget to sample their phenomenal ****** Marys.
