Neglect & Unanswered Questions - 2 Years Later Still No Peace

My mother was brought in in 2nd May 2024, she had COPD & was allergic to Penicillin. She passed away on 5th of May 2024, due to "natural causes" which is bullsh*t. The doctors gave her antibiotics without knowing what was wrong with her. They gave no clear information as to why she passed but I could never find rest as I have no answers till this day. PATHETIC!!! Ever since I have insomnia, and my mind wanders due to questions not being answered.
