I've received absolutely pathetic and ridiculous service from this company. I purchased a bed in October 2025 only to find the bed sinking by November and reported it to the bed shop I bought it from, they in-turn sent my complaint to their supply REST ASSURED (kzn branch) who asked me to pay R383 for an upgrade. I received the bed yesterday the 3rd of February and to my surprise when I got home, I noticed that the bed they replaced my original bed with was a much cheaper brand, manufactured in 2011 and comes with a 1 year service warranty as opposed to the one I initially complained about, that had a 7.5 year warranty. I immediately called them and they've asked me to email and someone will be in contact with me. Up until today theres no reply or communication. I called their head office (cape town) and spoke to a Lizelle and she has made contact with their durban branch twice and promised that management would call and they still haven't. Their service is absolutely terrible and frustrating.
