Rest Assured ran a Black Friday sale on their Como Nap range. I ordered a single mattress online from The Mattress Company only to be told there is no stock. I phoned Rest assured and was told I can just order the mattress, but they were closing the Johannesburg Factory over the festive Season I said I would wait and The Mattress Company placed the order. Late January I was advised that they no longer manufacture the Cosmo Nap Range. On investigation I discovered they never manufactured a single mattress in the Cosmo Nap Range and were lying. It took weeks and now I am sitting with a Wimbledon mattress which is not suitable at all!!! Wish I never bought a mattress, and I am still receiving e-mails for a Single Cosmo Nap Mattress.

I've received absolutely pathetic and ridiculous service from this company. I purchased a bed in October 2025 only to find the bed sinking by November and reported it to the bed shop I bought it from, they in-turn sent my complaint to their supply REST ASSURED (kzn branch) who asked me to pay R383 for an upgrade. I received the bed yesterday the 3rd of February and to my surprise when I got home, I noticed that the bed they replaced my original bed with was a much cheaper brand, manufactured in 2011 and comes with a 1 year service warranty as opposed to the one I initially complained about, that had a 7.5 year warranty. I immediately called them and they've asked me to email and someone will be in contact with me. Up until today theres no reply or communication. I called their head office (cape town) and spoke to a Lizelle and she has made contact with their durban branch twice and promised that management would call and they still haven't. Their service is absolutely terrible and frustrating.

Bought a Kingsize XL Aberdeen BT mattress 2 days ago. Slept on it now for two nights and back killing me. Warranty card says "new mattress maybe too firm". Assumes that means in time your back won't hurt. Advise against buying this product unless you have someone to break it in for you.

i have purchased a cloud 9 mazanzi double bed base set from a very well known agent in Rustenburg on 17/11/2023 and paid R4 249. I was so happy to receive my new bed for old age (I am 65). In May 2024 I was experiencing problems with the bed, my whole body is aching and painful in the mornings, sadly to say.......... the bed was sinking in. I went to the agent and was told to lodge a complaint which I did and also contacted rest assured and they sent the marketer out to me which they replaced the mattresss only and had to pay another R2 216 direct to strandmattress to upgrade to Ruby 40th Mattress. (They assured me this bed will never give problems) All went well for a while, again experiencing problems of sinking in, sagging and squeaky all the time. On 11 December 2024 I sent a whats app to the marketer and said I'm not happy, no response. I've lodged a complaint on their website, got a mail from Sharon ****eran on 13 Dec 2024 with a reference nr 000572 to say they have received my complaint and the marketer will contact me shortly, nobody has contacted me as yet. My question is.... are they constantly going to replace the mattress which have a 2 year guarantee with 20/25 year service warranty and I must sleep uncomfortable and wake up with pain in the mornings?

I didn't ask for a new mattress I asked for this to be repaired as per warranty I don't see why I need to chase you guys this is horrible for feedback

The Rest Assured MQ10 bed is super comfortable and keeps us cool throughout the night. It's amazing how there's no disturbance when my husband turns around – it's like sleeping undisturbed on a cloud! The sleep specialist provided us with excellent advice, and their knowledge about the product was impressive. They guided us well, helping us make the right choice for our needs.
