Rest Assured ran a Black Friday sale on their Como Nap range. I ordered a single mattress online from The Mattress Company only to be told there is no stock. I phoned Rest assured and was told I can just order the mattress, but they were closing the Johannesburg Factory over the festive Season I said I would wait and The Mattress Company placed the order. Late January I was advised that they no longer manufacture the Cosmo Nap Range. On investigation I discovered they never manufactured a single mattress in the Cosmo Nap Range and were lying. It took weeks and now I am sitting with a Wimbledon mattress which is not suitable at all!!! Wish I never bought a mattress, and I am still receiving e-mails for a Single Cosmo Nap Mattress.
I ordered a Rest Assured Single Mattress online but received the wrong Mattress. The only person that could assist was Cynthia from their Online Department. She was great and it is a pity she is working for a Company with **** advertising.
Theresa at the Tops opposite Bonanza Spar was the best Sales Lady ever. The Black Friday Specials was not yet displayed but she collected a basket, inserted the items I required and made sure that the cashier charge the Black Friday Price. Well done, Theresa.
For great customer service Nadine from TecsaReco on Ontdekkers Road, Roodepoort, is simply the best. Not only did she handle my enquiry but she went so far as to give me her cell number. When my order was ready she promptly advised me for collection. Thanks Nadine for a job well done!
I think everyone should think twice before visiting this dentist. He is very convincing but I do not think he has the clients interest at heart. And he lies, boy does he lie. Whilst telling me he had a very reliable technician, not even a few weeks before his assistant asked him while I was there how does he know this technician. "He met him recently" Now I discovered the teeth that are made is not standard but computerised. No wonder every time I had a work done it breaks with the slightest bite. Do not GO THERE!!!! ****, ****. Think he should retire if he thinks new technolgy is a lazy way to make money!!! Wish I never met this man.
Capitec Bank has moved from a number 1 Bank to the most useless Bank. Fraudulent cases gets ignored and I had to solve my own case. Now they have a new banking app that does not work! Face recognition tried 20 times before succeeding now all of a sudden my cell phone number is incorrect. I am moving my account to another Bank!
This has gone on for to long! Since Edgars started selling insurance policies it has been a nightmare. I can get a call up to 3 times a day from someone claiming to be from Edgars. They claim immediately that the conversation could be recorded. The person then asks whether you are indeed the person they meant to call. Once you confirm they now want your credentials like I.D. number and address. Sometimes even your account number. Now, How on earth do I know who I am speaking to? When you ask for their credentials they end the call. Does Edgars not realise that there is such a lot of identity fraud? These employees from the call centres also put 2 travel insurance policies on my account illegally and now I have a hell of a time trying to get this reversed. I am now going to start lobbying that no clothing company should be able to sell insurance?
<p>On monday the 13th March 2017 I contacted Ishmael from Cash Crusaders, Athlone branch in Cape Town. I needed a cell phone urgently for my aunt in Parow, Cape Town. He immediately bent over backwards to assit me and phoned me back the very same day with confirmation of the cell phone I required. Not only that, he offered to deliver it to my aunt personally free of charge as she does not drive and I reside in Gauteng. Yesterday he delivered the phone and when my aunt asked me if I knew how far Athlone was from Parow I was surprised to learn that it is quite some distance as I do not know Cape Town at all. He then proceeded to assit her further with helping her insert her sim card and explained the phone to her. She is over 70 years old and she explained how nice and patient Ishmael was with her. I would recommend anyone to Ishmael as he is couteous, kind and generous and walks the extra mile. WELL DONE ISHMAEL! </p>
