Not Happy about your pre owned sport chev utility 2012 model Bought a chev utility looks could not be true as the paint work was polished to perfection.Flew up from Port elizabeth to purchase the vehicle .when i got to there premisses was told the vehicle is at the work shop having the front suspension bushes replaced, made me think only at 53400 km on the clock. Had a look at the interior of the vehicle that had not even been vacumed .wind screen wipers looked dodge which i thought i could replace , made payment then told to start the vehicle is a seperate puch button to crank the vehicle to start .On way back to port elizabeth not knowing they put me at risk driving the vehicle back I had to even fill the windscreen water bottle as it was empty . lucky the vehicle got me back to PE . Then i felt a jerk in the engine ,on inspection found the belt driving the power stearing water pump and alternator came off. futher inspection looking underneath the vehicle found old and new fresh oil leaks At 53400 km REALLY made me start thinking , Further checked under the chassis found thick solid dry mud from the front to the back and, on the pulleys that caused the belt to come off one bearing had play on it . was now told the vehicle was in my possesion that that had happened so my fault . digital display seemed some one tried to clean ca section with sand papefuther inspecting the interior opened the fuse box cover and was just covered in dust .that mead me decide to have the vehicle returned and get a fefund . as a sales manager how do you purchase a vehicle from a well known company i wont buy a wheel barrow from, and not do a thorough inspection At that moment decided to have the vehicle returned . been two weeks waiting for to be refunded and still waiting , opened a case with MIOSA for my refund and the cost returning the vehicle back to Cape Town This is after having the vehicle only 4 days. If the service manager did his job propley this migh have not happened .
Im a very unhappy customer saw a chev sport 2012 on line . looks could not be true in such a spotless shiny condition on there shoe floor with only 53000 km on the clock . flew from Port Elizabeth to purchase the vehicle . checking the vehicle it could see they did not even vacume the vehicle .After paying for the vehicle wanted to start then only told there was a faulty ignition and a seperate push button to push to start the vehicle .so was not all that happy , Really . Filled up for the trip back to Port Elizabeth , not even water in the wind screen washer bottle so this vehicle was not even checked propley. Drove back to port elizabeth lucky close to home a jerk in the engin compartment , then no power steering ,on inspection found a belt came off , on closer inspection there was oil leaks and the vehicle under neath was packed up with old dry mud, inside at the fuse box was just full of dust there and then decided i dont want the vehicle as two many small things arising making me think are these km on the clock true. Fuel guage dropped to empty with a full tank of petrol , had to pull off swith of the vehicle and restart once again showed a full tank . and sent back to pro cor auto ,Are these km tru ? They gave me 3 photo copyies of a service record but no original book . How did you get the copy s and where from. lodged the complaint 3 days after i received the vehicle , Was told once the vehicle back in Cape Town they will refund well over a week and still waiting while they gaining intrest on my money . Im busy with a case with MIOSA case at the moment for the refund and exspense getting the vehicle back . Sent a few photos of the state of the oil leaks and dried mud underneith from the front bumper to the back even on top the spare wheel ,
